Diagnosis

For many car brands, we can make extensive diagnoses using original and alternative equipment. This includes reading and interpreting error codes (DTC) or troubleshooting using electrical diagrams.

Reading with the latest techniques

After more than 20 years in automotive technology, we are prepared for all problems. We read using modern techniques such as ISTA, piwis, star diagnose/xentry, VCDS, VAG-CAN and various other tools. We are happy to give you appropriate advice and, if desired, solve the problems directly for you in our workshop.

Complex problems

We also like to dive into complex problems. We continue until we have found the core of the problem and have found a suitable solution. Specialist garages and car dealers also regularly call us in to solve problems. Through alternative software, we have the ability to go further on many points than the dealer, where they often run into limitations.

This also includes coding and learning modules where the dealer cannot do this due to, for example, a different part number or problem with another module.
